R. Wayne LeChase and Beverly A. LeChase sold their three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 16830 Bay St. in the Uninc. Northeast Palm Beach to R. Perry Harris and Karen G. Harris for $1.515 million on Sept. 30.

The 2,873-square-foot house was built in 1992.

Mr. LeChase is the chairman and managing director of LeChase Construction Services, LLC, which was established in 1944. The company is based in Rochester, N.Y.

Prior to LeChase Construction, he was partner in the law firm of LaDuca, Offen and LeChase. He also practiced law at the offices of Johnson, Reif and Mullan.

He earned his bachelor's from John Carroll University and his J.D. from the State University of New York, Buffalo, School of Law. He also attended St. John Fisher College.

Mr. Harris has been a chairman emeritus at ARDA New England. He also served as the founder, president and chief executive officer of Inn Group Associates and the Eastern Resorts Company.

There have been 664 sales in Unincorporated Northeast Palm Beach in 2008, with a median price of $279,000.
