Cara Fareri and her husband, Anthony, sold their seven-bedroom, five-bath home at 2370 N.E. 26th St. in Lighthouse Point to Anthony and Vera Bobba for $1.6 million on Sept. 4.
The Fareris acquired the 5,128-square-foot, two-story house for $1.995 million in September 2004. The property, which was built in 1994, is in the Hillsboro Isles subdivision.
Mrs. Fareri owns an online children's boutique, Gia Bella Boutique. She was a former teacher and cheerleading coach at The Vista School in Coral Springs.
She earned her B.A. in liberal arts and sociology from Loyola College in Maryland and her master's in teaching and education from Johns Hopkins University.
There have been 153 sales in Lighthouse Point thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $422,500.
