GPS footwear inventor buys in Parkland for $1.3M

Sayo Isaac Daniel and his wife, Hortencia, bought a home at 6911 Long Leaf Dr. in Parkland from WCI Communities, Inc., for $1.3 million on June 7, 2007.
The 4,212-square-foot house, which was built in 2007, is in Parkland Golf and Country Club.
Mr. Daniel is a Miami inventor of a Global-Positioning-System (GPS) footwear, which his company,
Isaac Daniel, called "Quantum Satellite Technology."
There have been 315 sales in
Parkland thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $617,500.
