Gregory S. Mann and his wife, Gabrielle M. Mann, sold their six-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12541 N.W. 75th St. in Parkland to Jeff Jianfei Li and Mae Meihua Wang for $700,000 on Sept. 10.
The 3,814-square-foot house, which was built in 2002, is in the Heron Bay subdivision.
The Manns paid $577,944 for the property in January 2002.
Mr. Mann is the president and principal owner of All Points Industries, Inc., a Pompano Beach-based major supplier to the hurricane protection hardware market in the U.S. and the Caribbean.
Mrs. Mann serves as the vice president of the company. The couple established All Points Industries, Inc., in 1996 and show their capability to grow the business by providing first-class products and excellent customer service.
There have been 315 sales in
Parkland thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $617,500.
