Eileen Cammarano and Vicki Cammarano sold a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 9271 Chambers St. in Tamarac to Morris Cortez for $175,000 on Sept. 18.

Vicki Cammarano paid $242,855 for the property in September 2006.

The 1,323-square-foot house previously was listed for as much as $180,000.

Eileen Cammarano is a fourth grade teacher at Hollywood Hills Elementary School in Miami.

She received her B.A. in elementary education from State University College of Education and her M.S. in reading from Nova Southeastern University.

There have been 1,026 sales in Tamarac so far in 2008. The median sales price is $146,000.
