Mark S. Marinik and his wife, Elizabeth, sold a three-bedroom, four-bath condo at 3920 North Ocean Dr. in Riviera Beach to Charles Jacobs for $1.8 million on Feb. 13.

The Mariniks paid $1.025 million for Unit #3B in December 2004.

The 4,069-square-foot condo is in the Oasis Singer Island Condominium.

Mr. Marinik has served as president of Cleveland, Ohio-based ICX Corp., formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of Charter One Bank until the latter was acquired by RBS Citizens.

There have been 372 sales in Riviera Beach thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $213,378.
