Raymond Scott Hayden and his wife, Lisa, bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 8581 Jade Dr. in Tamarac for $208,000 from Manuel and Suzanne Bell Antuna on May 13.

Mr. Antuna paid $128,000 for the property in January 2001.

The 1,350-square-foot house was built in 1999.

Mr. Hayden is the president of VDO1, a Tamarac-based litigation support video production and presentation company.

He graduated from Florida State University and has attended an M.B.A. program at Ashworth College.

There have been 892 sales in Tamarac thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $150,000 so far this year.
