Investment banker selling Gulf Stream 3BD for $3.495M

Kenneth and Susan Ambrecht have listed their three-bedroom, four-bath condo at 2601 N. Ocean Blvd. in Gulf Stream for $3.495 million.

The Ambrechts paid $3,187,615 for Unit A in May 2008.

The 3,811-square-foot condo is in the Casa Serena Townhomes.

Mr. Ambrecht is a non-executive director of Fortescue Metals Group, Ltd. He is also a managing director of First Albany Capital, Inc., a New York-headquartered investment bank.

Previously, he was a managing director of the high-yield division of the Royal Bank of Canada after a long career at Lehman Bros.

He has also been a non-executive director of American Financial Capital, Inc., since April 2005 and Great American Financial Resources, Inc., since July 2004.

There have been 12 sales in Gulf Stream thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $2.35 million.
