Game Fish Assn. board member selling in Gulf Stream

George G. Matthews has listed a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 1171 N. Ocean Blvd. in Gulf Stream for $2.65 million.

Mr. Matthews bought Unit #0312 (3-A South) for $1.25 million in January 2002. The condo is in the El Cortijo Condominium, which includes 24 units.

Matthews is the chairman of the board of trustees of the International Game Fish Association, a Dania Beach-based non-profit organization for sport fishermen and women around the globe.

He has been a trustee of IGFA since 1971.

There have been 12 sales in Gulf Stream thus far in 2008. The median sales price is at $2.35 million.
