Real estate agent, title co. president buys in Miramar

Marielena Abujasen and Jose Abujasen sold their home at 3301 N.W. 126th Ave. in Miramar to Guillermo and Jeannee Fernandez for $1.295 million on April 16.

The Abujasens paid $205,000 for the property in March 2003. The property previously was listed for as much as $2.2 million.

Ms. Abujasen is a real estate sales associate with Omega Home Realty Inc. in Miami.

She also has been president of A&C Title Corp., a title insurance company in Miami.

There have been 1,170 sales in Miramar so far in 2008. The median sales price is $250,000.
