Mr. Sley is a founder and principal of CMH Solutions, Inc., a manufacturer's representative sales firm that specializes in heating, ventilation and air conditioning products.
Sales in Mirabella at Mirasol fell from 96 to 41 from 2006-2007. The median sales price decreased 20 percent in that period, from $656,700 to $524,100.
There have been 766 sales in Palm Beach Gardens so far in 2008. The median sales price is $307,500.
