Fund director sells for $1.3M in Uninc. Palm Beach

Robert G. Galli sold a three-bedroom, four-bath condo at 19750 Beach Road in Unincorporated Palm Beach to Gary B. Williams for $1.3 million on Aug. 29.

Unit #4010 measures 3,012 square feet and is part of a development known as Passages of Jupiter Island.

Mr. Galli has been a director at Oppenheimer Real Estate Fund, a division of Oppenheimer Funds.

He previously served as director of several other Oppenheimer fund divisions, including Oppenheimer Capital Appreciation Fund, Oppenheimer Quest and Oppenheimer Main Street Funds, Inc.

There were 2,227 sales in Unincorporated Palm Beach so far in 2008. The median sales price is $140,000.
