Marketing consultant sells in West Boca

Nathalie Vaiser sold a 2.5-bath, 3,407-square-foot home at 19668 Estuary Dr. in West Boca's Capella for $600,000 to Joseph and Carla Stallone on Aug. 27.

Vasier paid $364,600 for the property in December 1998, the same year it was built.

Vasier is a business developer, marketing consultant, financial planner and owner of UltraPublishing, a printing company, and ShopDreamGuardian.com, a marketing consulting company.

She previously served as a system administrator and training supervisor at Hostgator.com, LLC. Prior to that, she owned a web hosting company named DeZines, which operated for almost 10 years. Earlier, she worked in technical support at TotalNet, Inc.

Home sales in West Boca dropped 10.7 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price fell from $255,000 to $200,000.
