Chemical manufacturer CEO sells for $1.095M

Jerry Tillem and Yvonne Tillem sold the three-bedroom, four-bath Unit #1658 at 100 Lake Shore Dr. in North Palm Beach to Valdin A. Lichter for $1.095 million on June 13.

Mr. Tillem paid $700,000 for the property in July 2001.

Mr. Tillem is the chief executive officer of ATCO International, a company that provides and manufactures specialty maintenance chemical products for different industries and companies, which was established in 1961 in Marietta, Ga. He is also part of the exterior motives team of Watermark, a gated community in Lake Lanier.

100 Lake Shore Dr., which was built in 1982, has 16 floors.

Sales in the development were flat at seven from 2006-2007. The median sales price decreased from $750,000 to $735,000 in the same period.

There have been 170 sales in North Palm Beach so far in 2008. The median sales price is $235,000.
