IT network president selling in Toscana for $1.6M

Daniel Rodriguez and Carlos Martinangeli are selling their three-bedroom, two-bath Unit #1505 at 3740 South Ocean Blvd. in Highland Beach for $1.6 million.

Rodriguez paid $920,000 for the property in August 2004.

Mr. Martinangeli is the president and member of the board of NEC Argentina, a provider of IT network integrated solutions and semiconductor services.

He has also been the executive director of NEC. Previously, he was the general manager of NEC.

There are 243 units at 3740 South Ocean Blvd., which is also known as known as Toscana. It was constructed in 2004.

Sales in the development dropped from 40 to 26 from 2006-2007. The median sales price also dropped 22.3 percent during that same time period, from $1.5 million to $1.165 million.

There have been 127 sales in Highland Beach so far in 2008. The median sales price is $450,000.
