Law firm partner, trial attorney selling in Highland Beach

Dale R. Hightower has listed his four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4416 Tranquility Dr. in Highland Beach for $1.985 million.
Hightower paid $1.7 million for the property in March 2007.
The 3,406-square-foot house was built in 1980.
Mr. Hightower is the founder and serves as the managing partner at the law firm of Hightower & Partners in the Miami area. He attended Florida Southern College and Cumberland Law School in Alabama.
Home sales in Highland Beach dropped 14.4 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is also down from $568,000 in 2007 to $450,000 so far this year.
