Rachel and Jeffrey Raybin sold five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 89 Island Dr. S. in Ocean Ridge to Gary Cantor for $1.6 million on May 19.

The Raybins paid $715,000 for the property in June 2002.

Mrs. Raybin is the owner and founder of the Get Ready, Set, Grow Academy in Delray Beach, where she also serves as director. She has more than 20 years teaching experience.

She holds a master's degree in supervision and educational administration.

Home sales in Ocean Ridge are flat so far in 2008 compared to sales in 2007. The median sales price has dropped from $850,000 to $800,000 so far this year.
