Corporate finance exec spends $1.65M in N. Palm Beach

Kyle G. Boyle bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 842 Lakeside Dr. in North Palm Beach from Douglas A. Peters for $1.65 million on May 19.
Mr. Peters paid $1.7 million for the 4,196-square-foot house in March 2005.
Boyle is currently the senior managing director of corporate finance in the Miami office of FTI Palladium Partners, a management consultancy firm. He is experienced in corporate finance, operational improvement and restructuring. His industry experience includes automotive, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, printing and publishing.
Prior to joining FTI, he served as COO and CFO at the Miami Beach-based Fifteen Group, a real estate-focused private investment firm. He served as CEO of Serta Matress as well.
He also held management roles at Bomar Trimming Industries, Electrocal Designs, Inc., Citicorp Venture Capital, Windjammer Capital, Harvest Partners and Lincolnshire Management.
He obtained his B.S. in finance with a minor in economics and his M.B.A. with a concentration in accounting and management from Western New England College.
Home sales in
North Palm Beach are up 0.4 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price, however, dropped from $275,000 to $235,000 so far this year.
