Family law attorney buys Palm Beach Gardens 4BD

John Francis Schutz bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 8792 Citation Dr., in Palm Beach Gardens from David M. Shaw and Mary B. Shaw for $540,000 on August 29.

The 3,686-square-foot house was built in 1971.

Schutz is a managing partner at Schutz and White, LLP, a law firm that specializes in family law, alimony and spousal support, child support and collaborative law.

He received his J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law.

Home sales in Palm Beach Gardens dropped 15 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is down from $320,000 in 2007 to $307,000 so far this year.
