Sun and Surf, which was built in 1977, has four floors.
Sales in the building increased from 12 to 25 from 2006 to 2007. The median sales price increased from $1.01 million to $1.213 million.
Condo sales in Palm Beach dropped nearly 16 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price is down from $800,000 in 2006 to $742,000 in 2007.
