Digestive system-specialist lists $2.999M condo

Dr. Ramakrishna Kanuri and his wife, Radha, have listed the three-bedroom, four-bath Unit #15B at 3920 N. Ocean Dr. in Riviera Beach's Oasis Singer Island for $2.999 million.

The Kanuris bought the property for $1.655 million in November 2004.

Dr. Kanuri is a gastroenterologist at Hernando Gastroenterology in Brooksville, Fla.

He studied at the Osmania Medical College, University of Health Science in Hyderabad, India. He attended both William Beaumont Hospital and Hurley Medicine Center for his residency in internal medicine. He completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at the Michael Reese Hospital Medicine Center.

The 15-story Oasis Singer Island was built in 2004 and houses 38 units. Unit #15B measures 4,069 square feet.

Sales in the development soared 200 percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, dropped 26.2 percent from $3.25 million to $2.4 million during the same period.

Condo sales in Riviera Beach were down 19 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price however, rose from $246,000 in 2006 to $322,000 last year.
