Mr. Koldenhoven serves as president of Thornapple Steel Co., Inc., a metal service center in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
He also serves as director of Vision Orlando, a Christian organization of community and ministry leaders in Orlando.
Mrs. Koldenhoven serves as chairman and vice president of Thornapple Steel.
Sales in Via Delfino soared 500 percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, dropped 40 percent, from $2.5 million to $1.5 million during the same period.
Condo sales in Riviera Beach were down 19 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price, however, rose from $246,000 in 2006 to $322,000 last year.
