The 2,771-square-foot house, which was built in 2006, is in the Valencia Palms subdivision.
Mr. Byala works as a financial advisor with the Financial Planning Group in Whitehall, Pa.
He is also a co-owner of Omega Homes, a residential home builder Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley.
Mrs. Byala is the chief consultant at Allentown, Pa.-based Durban Consulting, which provides computer and web consulting services.
Home sales in West Delray dropped one percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price also fell from $172,000 in 2007 to $100,000 so far this year.
