Kimberly Curler has listed her four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 17340 Allenbury Court in West Boca for $1,999,999.

Curler paid $1.45 million for the property in November 2005. The 4,462-square-foot house was built in 1991.

Ms. Curler owns Waggs to Riches, LLC, a pet boutique in Delray Beach. She was recently in the news when Curler reported a $1,500 miniature pinscher puppy stolen from the store in August.

Home sales in West Boca dropped 10.7 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price is down from $255,000 in 2007 to $200,000 so far this year.
