Avrahami is the founder and president of Elite Global Investments, Inc., developer of buildings and shopping centers, established in September 2006.

He has over 13 years of experience in the real estate business, which began in New York. He has also served as the of president and director of Galil, Inc., founded in 1995.

Avrahami also is listing Unit #0601 in the building for $2.595 million.

Beach Walk East, which was built in 1981, has seven floors.

Condo sales in Highland Beach dropped nearly one percent in 2007 versus 2006. The median sales price is also down from $600,000 in 2006 to $540,000 in 2007.
