Condo sales at the Toscana were down 35 percent in 2007 versus 2006. The median sales price dropped 22.3 percent, from $1,500,00 in 2006 to $1,165,000 in 2007.

Condo sales in Highland Beach virtually stayed the same from 2006-2007, at 166 and 167 condos sold respectively. The median sales price dropped 10 percent, from $600,000 to $540,000.
