Automotive exec spends $1.3M in Highland Beach

Eric M. Gebhard and Michele M. Palenscar bought a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 2627 S. Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach for $1.3 million on Sept. 30.
The 3,418-square-foot house was built in 2001.
Gebhard has served as the assistant vice president of business development at JM Family Enterprises, Inc., a privately held automotive company founded in Deerfield Beach in 1968. He has also worked as a corporate lending officer at the Bank of America Corp.
He received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
