Mortgage lender seeks $1.32M in West Boca

Peter Hartofilis is selling a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 17817 Lake Azure Way in West Boca's Oaks at Boca Raton neighborhood for $1.32 million.

Hartofilis paid $1.65 million for the 4,525-square-foot house in Sept. 2006, a year after it was built.

Hartofilis currently serves as branch manager of Topdot Mortgage, a national mortgage lender that opened an office in Boca Raton in 2005.

Home sales in West Boca have dropped seven percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price is also down from $255,000 to $191,000 this year.
