Restaurant owner selling in West Boca

Kirk D. Wrigley and his wife, Carrie, are selling their home at 17578 Middlebrook Way in West Boca's Fox Hill Estates of Boca Raton for $1.99 million.

The Wrigleys paid $1.025 million for the property in May 2005, the same year it was built.

Mr. Wrigley serves as VP of sales at Cognio, a provider of spectrum analysis solutions that find and solve wi-fi channel interference problems on wireless networks and in wireless applications. The company was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2007.

He is also the owner of Red Fire Grill, a seafood grill restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens.

Home sales in West Boca have dropped seven percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price is also down from $255,000 to $191,000 this year.
