Neurologist seeks $1.895M in West Boca

Dr. Bruce Kastin and his wife, Melissa, are selling their home at 17721 Middlebrook Way in West Boca's Oaks at Boca Raton neighborhood for $1.895 million.

The Kastins paid $1.2 million for the property in June 2005, the same year it was built.

Dr. Kastin has been practicing neurology for over 18 years. He currently runs a private practice in Boca Raton.

He earned his M.D. from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine and neurology at the New York Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell Campus.

Home sales in West Boca have dropped seven percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price is also down from $255,000 to $191,000 this year.
