Mark S. Ticotin and his wife, Andrea, are selling a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 7554 Fenwick Place in West Boca's St. Andrews Country Club for $2.495 million.
The Ticotins paid $1 million for the property in June 2002. The 3,873-square-foot house was built in 1998.
Mr. Ticotin serves as a managing principal of Lazard Real Estate Partners, LLC, and as managing director of its parent company, Lazard Alternative Investments, LLC, a merchant banking business in New York. There he works in the company's real estate investment committees.
He is also CEO of Intown Suites Management Inc., an extended-stay hotel company, and a member of the membership committee of its parent company, Intown Holding Co., LLC. In addition, he serves as chairman of Kimsouth Realty, Inc., a shopping center company, and as director of Atria Senior Living Group, Inc., an assisted living company.
Previously, Mr. Ticotin was a senior vice president of Simon Property Group, a real estate company in Indianapolis, Ind. He also worked for Corporate Property Investors, where he initially served as vice president, and ultimately rose to the position of president and chief operating officer. He was also an attorney with the law firm of Cravath, Swaine and Moore.
He received a B.A. in political science from Syracuse University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
Home sales in
West Boca dropped 11 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price fell from $255,000 to $200,000.
