Estate planner selling in Boca

Arthur R. Redgrave and his wife, Susan, are selling their home at 5890 N.W. 34th Way in Boca Raton's St. James Park neighborhood for $2.999 million.

The Redgraves paid $1.4649 million for the property in Oct. 2001, the same year it was built.

Mr. Redgrave is a partner and the chairman of the estate planning group at Redgrave and Rosenthal, an estate planning firm in Boca Raton. He's been practicing estate planning for more than 25 years.

He received his LL.M. from the University of Miami, his J.D. from Southern Illinois University and his B.S. from Shippensburg University.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 24.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
