Ohio steel exec selling in Boca

Scott Koppelman and his wife, Randi, are selling their home at 5834 Windsor Ct. in Boca Raton's St. James Park neighborhood for $1,949,999.

The Koppelmans paid $1.645 million for the property on June 10. The house was built in 1995.

Mr. Koppelman serves as CEO at Steel Koils, a distributor of steel coils that has offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida.

He earned his bachelor's in business administration from Ohio State University.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 24.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
