Shaved ice exec asking $1.2 for Boca 3D

Debra Didier is selling her three-bedroom, two-bath home at 5600 Nassau Dr. in Boca Raton's Caribbean Keys neighborhood for $1.2 million.

Didier paid $1.27 million for the property in March 2007. The 1,806-square-foot house was built in 1971.

Jeff Berez of Lang Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Didier serves as a controller at Tropical Sno, a Hawaiian shaved ice company based in Provo, Utah. The company's products are sold around the world and dealers are located throughout the U.S.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 24.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
