Dr. Thomas I. Rosenfield and his wife, Joan, sold a home at 785 N.E. 33rd St. in Boca Raton to Kenneth Lawrence Ross and his wife, Melodie, for $1.2 million on Aug. 18.
The Rosenfields paid $1.26 million for the property in Nov. 2001.
The 3,943-square-foot house was built in 1998.
Dr. Rosenfield practices as a gastroenterologist in Loxahatchee and Atlantis, Fla.
He received his M.D. from Vanderbilt University and has completed his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Home sales in
Boca Raton have dropped 19 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
