Dr. Kelley has been practicing as a dermatologist for 15 years. She specializes in Mohs microscopic surgery and is currently affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Health in Chestnut Hills, Mass.
She received her M.D. from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C.
Home sales in West Palm Beach are down more than 39 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price has also fallen from $254,000 to $213,000 so far this year.
