Pittsburgh dentist selling Boca abode

Mark Grenadier is selling a three bath, 2,134-square-foot home at 787 Havana Dr. in Boca Raton's Caribbean Keys neighborhood for $2.595 million.

Grenadier paid $1.17 million for the property in Oct. 2005. The house was built in 1978.

Grenadier is a dentist at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. He specializes in oral and maxillofacial surgery and anesthesiology.

Dr. Grenadier earned his D.D.S. from the University of Tennessee School of Dental Medicine. He completed his internship at Veterans Administration Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. and his residency at Allegheny General Hospital.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 24.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
