Gaetan Jude Gagne and Catherine Ann Gagne have listed their four-bedroom, 4.5 bath home at 7100 N.E. 8th Dr. in Boca Raton for $3.995 million.

The Gagnes paid $825,000 for the property in November 2000.

The 4,885-square-foot house was built in 2002.

Mr. Gagne has served as the first vice president of wealth management at Smith Barney in Boca Raton, a financial institution that provides brokerage, investment banking and asset management to corporations, governments and individuals.

He has also served as registered representative for Citigroup Global Markets, Inc.

Home sales in Boca Raton dropped 19 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is down from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
