John A. Lebbad and Syril T. Lebbad have listed their four-bedroom, three-bath home at 854 Azalea St. in Boca Raton for $1.499 million.
The Lebbads paid $1.2 million for the property in September 2005.
The 3,109-square-foot house was built in 1927.
Mr. Lebbad is the vice president of brand marketing with the Home Shopping Network.
Prior to joining HSN, he was the senior director of marketing strategy at Office Depot.
He served as the
director of event marketing and sales promotion at Sears, Roebuck and Co.
He received his bachelor's degree in marketing management from Virginia Tech.
Ms. Lebbad has served as a designer at Drexel Heritage, a furniture manufacturer based in North Carolina.
Prior to joining Drexel Heritage, she had her own private practice in the Chicagoland area.
Home sales in
Boca Raton dropped 19 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is down from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
