Professor asking $1.095M in Boca Raton

Edward F. Diyanni and Jacqueline V. Diyanni have listed their home at 832 Coventry St. in Boca Raton for $1.095 million.

Mr. and Mrs. Diyannis paid $820,000 for the property in March 2004.

The 1,999-square-foot house was built in 1970.

Mr. Diyanni is an adjunct faculty member at Saint Peter's College in New Jersey.

He attended Muhlenberg College, in Allentown, Pa., where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 19 percent thus far in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is down from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
