Realty exec asking $1.955M in Boca

Lennie F. Smith and Randall K. Smith have listed their four-bedroom, five bath home at 873 N.E. 76th St. in Boca Raton for $1.995 million.

The Smiths paid $1.02 million for the property in May 2002. The 3,238-square-foot house was built in 1983.

Ms. Smith is the vice president of operations of Porten Companies-South Florida, a nationwide realty development company. She manages the sales, marketing and administrative operations of the company.

Prior to joining the Porten Cos., she served in sales and marketing for one of South Florida's leading homebuilders. She graduated from the University of Florida.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 19 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is down from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
