Mortgage lender selling in Coconut Creek

Jason J. Sarji has listed his two-story, 5.5 bath home at 3900 N.W. 43rd St. in Coconut Creek for $1.495 million.

Sarji bought the property for $475,000 in Sep. 2003. The 3,348-square-foot house, which was built in 1981, is in the Palm Beach Farms subdivision.

Sarji is the president of A-1 Capital Funding, Inc., a Fort Lauderdale-based mortgage lender serving all of Florida. He has been in the business for more than a decade.

Home sales in Coconut Creek are down 39 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price is also down from $215,000 to $133,000 so far this year.
