Construction co. presdient selling in Coconut Creek

Gerald Scalzo and his wife, Amber, have listed their 3.5 bath home at 4501 Glenwood Dr. in Coconut Creek for $1.295 million.

The Scalzos paid $250,000 for the property in Jan. 2004. The 4,958-square-foot house, was built in 2007 in the Palm Beach Farms development.

Mr. Scalzo is the president of Living Water Construction & Development, Inc., a general contracting company based in Coconut Creek.

Mrs. Scalzo works with her husband at Living Water Construction.

Home sales in Coconut Creek are down 39 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price is also down from $215,000 to $133,000 so far this year.
