California couple selling for $3.55M in Delray Beach

Daniel Wiesel and his wife, Alysa, have listed their four-bedroom, four bath home at 181 N.E. First Court in Delray Beach for $3.55 million.

The Wiesels paid $2.1 million for the property in Sep. 2004. The 3,865-square-foot house, which was built in 1952, is in the Seestedt Stevens subdivision.

Mr. Wiesel is one the two principals of Interlink Recruiting, a San Jose, Calif-based boutique recruiting and consulting firm specializing in Internet startups. He has also recently founded a Delray Beach-based specialty cargo company, Panther Air Cargo, where is president and CEO.

He has more than 25 years of experience building companies, including the custom home builder, The Windmere Group, and the women's swimwear manufacturer, StitchIt Corp.

He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Mrs. Wiesel (formerly Binder) is a founder and co-principal of Interlink Recruiting, where she worked with companies such as eBay and Palm Computing in building their respective management teams.

She started her career in the premium incentive industry and later founded a retail jewelry company, whose clients have included major celebrities like the Guns N' Roses rock band.

Home sales in Delray Beach are down 19 percent in 2008 compared to sales in 2007. The median sales price is also down from $250,000 in 2007 to $207,000 so far this year.
