Albo J. Antenucci, Jr., is selling his five-bedroom, 6.5 bath home at 800 N.E. 71st St. in Boca Raton for $2.495 million.

Antenucci paid $2.1 million for the property in June 2005.

The 4,353-square-foot house was built in 2004.

Antenucci has served as an executive vice president with Falcone Group, a company in the real estate, telecommunications and financial industries.

He's previously worked as president and chief operating officer at American Real Estate Partners, L.P., and executive vice president at Bayswater Realty & Capital Corp.

Home sales in Boca Raton dropped 19 percent in 2008 versus 2007. The median sales price is down from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
