The 1,236-square-foot, one-story home last sold for $162,500 in March 2008. It is located in the Heritage Village at Palm Beach Lakes condo development.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 3,428 home sales in West Palm Beach during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $132,500.
