Michael J. Fimiani and his wife, Cristy, bought a five-bedroom, three bath home at 800 N. Parkside Circle in Boca Raton for $717,500 from Kevin M. Tritsch and his wife, Karina, on Aug. 20.

The Fimianis paid $480,000 for the property in Feb. 2002. The 3,055-square-foot house was built in 1988.

Mr. Fimiani is the owner of Fimiani Development Corp., a Boca Raton-based developer that accepts proposals for retail development opportunities within the state of Florida.

Home sales in Boca Raton have dropped 24.3 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also dropped $50,000, from $420,000 in 2007 to $370,000 so far this year.
