The Steins paid $460,000 for Unit #110 in Dec. 1987.
The 3,133-square-foot condo is located in the Estates at Hunters Run development.
Mr. Rachbach is certified public accountant.
He has worked as a partner at the accounting firm Herbert D. Silver & Co. in New York City.
He is also a member of the Frank Lloyd Wright Association, a group interested in preserving and advancing the architect's legacy.
Mr. Rachbach is an alumnus of New York University.
Mrs. Rachbach served as vice president of the executive board of Saddlebrook Dog Park Association in Arizona.
She co-founded the association after she and husband moved to Arizona from New Jersey.
Condo sales in Boynton Beach dropped 49 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $267,000 to $224,000.
