Former Black and Decker chairman sells Ocean Royale condo

Peter L. Scott and his wife, Clara, sold a three-bedroom, three bath condo at 750 Oceanroyale Way in Juno Beach to Domenic M. Dipiero for $1.5 million on July 29.

Unit #1205 is in the Ocean Royale condo building, which houses 87 units on 12 floors. It was built in 2000.

Mr. Scott is a retired chairman from Black & Decker and the Emhart Corp. He earned his bachelor's degree in engineering and his M.B.A. from the Ohio State University.

Condo sales in Juno Beach dropped by almost 32 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also dropped from $450,000 to $353,000 last year.
