Cardiologist spends $3M in Uninc. Palm Beach County

Dr. Neerav Suresh Shah bought a 5,386-square-foot, six bath home at 13168 Flamingo Terrace in Unincorporated Northeast Palm Beach County for $3 million from Rodney James Mondello and Maria Marcela Torres on July 23.

The house was built in 1996.

Dr. Shah practices as a cardiologist at Cardiology Partners-Palm Beach. He specializes in heart attacks, cardiac catheterizations and angioplasties.

Dr. Shah is also affiliated with Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Fla., and the Jupiter Medical Center in Jupiter.

Dr. Shah received his M.D. from University of Miami School of Medicine and completed his cardiology fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Home sales in Unincorporated Northeast Palm Beach County have dropped 23.4 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price has also dropped $80,000, from $345,000 in 2007 to $265,000 so far this year.
